Payment. Starter and Growth setup: 50% at signing, 50% when the site is ready to launch. Premium: 40% at signing, 40% at design review, 20% when ready to launch. Monthly fees start at launch.
2. What we put in writing

Speed you can check. Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch, middle of three runs. If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days.

Yours, in writing. Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The code becomes yours as you pay for each milestone. If you leave, you keep everything and get a full copy within 10 business days.

Every web lead answered within 60 seconds. An automatic reply to every form and chat lead with valid contact details, switched on once we have timed a live test on your site.

Launch on time, or your setup fee back. The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you choose a full refund of every setup fee paid, or a new date.

Live in 7 days after content approval. Growth only. Premium launch dates are set in its proposal.

See it before you pay. We build your homepage preview before the call. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.

Month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We remind you 30 days before the term ends.
