Terms
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms cover use of this website. Work we do for you is governed by the signed agreement (the MSA, Schedule A and the statement of work), which takes priority over anything on this page.
Guarantees, short form
The full wording, definitions and exclusions are in Schedule A of your agreement. In short:
- Speed you can check. Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch (middle of three runs). If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days. Excludes things added after launch or at your request, such as widgets, embeds, tracking tags and new images.
- Yours, in writing. Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it, at each milestone. If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
- Every web lead answered within 60 seconds. An automatic reply from our system to every form and chat lead with valid contact details. Offered once a timed live test has passed on your site, and marked active in your statement of work.
- Launch on time, or your setup fee back. The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, assets, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you may choose a full refund of every setup fee paid, or to carry on with a new date. Monthly fees start at launch.
- Live in 7 days after content approval. Growth only. Premium launch dates are set in its proposal.
- See it before you pay. The preview is built before the call. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
- Month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We send a reminder 30 days before the minimum term ends.
We never guarantee search rankings, a number of leads or revenue.
Prices
Prices on this site are in US dollars and are plus applicable Washington sales tax. A written proposal or agreement states the final price for your project.
Samples and claims
Sites labelled "Sample build" were made for fictional businesses to show our work. Figures on this site link to their public sources and were checked on the date shown in each source note.
